- +Chronic kidney disease, dehydration, NSAID overuse.
/ON_TRT
TRT can slightly lower eGFR — usually because muscle mass goes up and the equation uses creatinine. True kidney function is fine in most cases. If you're concerned, ask for cystatin-C-based eGFR.
